This blog is about rock’n’roll. Plain and simple. Yeah, rock’n’roll, that bizarre cultural phenomenon born in 1956 with Elvis and died in 1983 the day Mick Jones was ousted by The Clash. It’s dead, man. It was killed by corporate appetites, by itunes categorization, by general ineptitude, by sloppiness among musicians and corruption among journalists and cowardy among the public. But what is left is an exquisite corpse. That’s all what this blog is about.
Ah, my name is Luca Lanini. I’m 45, I’m an architect, professor at University of Pisa, Italy. Foundamentally an avid record collector and a rabid rock’n’roll fan.
